Direct 1:1 Therapy
· Pryor Behavioral Services, LLC offers direct and individualized therapy programs for neurodiverse children with Autism and other related developmental disabilities.
· After an initial consultation and assessment, Pryor Behavioral Services, LLC will collaborate with family members and caregivers to prepare a comprehensive treatment plan for the child. Treatment plans are intentionally focused to address family and caregiver concerns, such as increasing verbal communication, bettering social interactions and behavior, and adaptive functioning skills.
· Treatment plans are primarily implemented using play-based therapy techniques grounded in the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Emphasis will be on the child's communication skills, play skills, social interaction skills, executive functioning skills, improving their ability to self-advocate and self-regulate in different environments such as the child's home, preschool, daycare, and other approved therapy centers. We will work together to treat behaviors of concern such as elopement, self injurious and aggressive behaviors, property destruction, stereotypical behavior if causing harm.
· Treatment settings can vary based on their client’s needs and insurance requirements. Options include in-home or community (ie. preschool, stores, parks, etc).. There is no requirement to pick one setting upon intake.

Parent Training
· Pryor Behavioral Services, LLC will collaboratively work with parents and caregivers to determine realistic goals and strategies to support the individual’s treatment plan. If progress is not being made, together as a team we will modify the plan until progress is demonstrated.
· Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is based on the belief that to shape behavior, one must first determine the reason (function) for occurrence and then make changes to the environment to support the individual. The success of any treatment plan is contingent on the parent's and caregiver's willingness and dedication to not only improve their child's quality of life, but the quality of life for the family as well!
· Parent Training can be provided in-person or remotely and will be scheduled on a recurring frequency.

Parent Consultation
· PBS offers a less intensive telehealth option for parents who are seeking guidance and an individualized plan for specific needs, without the need for full comprehensive therapy. This is perfect for parents of all children, regardless of their abilities and neurodevelopment.
