Pryor Behavioral Services, LLC was founded in 2016 and is independently owned and operated by Christina Pryor, a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and former Special Education teacher residing in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A mom of three active boys, she is passionate about play-based 1:1 therapy, recognizing children’s need and desire to keep moving and explore their environment.  

Christina earned her board certification and state licensing in 2014, providing individualized therapy services to children in their homes, preschools, and approved therapy centers. Christina specializes in providing one-on-one direct therapy services and parent training to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other related developmental disabilities.

Leveraging both her special education background with the practice of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Christina has supported many clients throughout the years. Essential for growth is the continuous collaboration with families to create individualized and effective treatment plans upon assessing and determining each child’s needs. Therapy is interest and play-based to provide the most effective and compassionate care possible.

The goal for each client is to establish a trusting relationship with the child and family through honest and transparent communications.
